National Park Waterfalls Circuit.
It is a tour that takes us back in time, allowing us to feel the direct contact with the history of our ancestors again. There are several rock formations different from the commonly visited caves, these being some of the largest Sandstone caves in South America.
All this done in a light itinerary, without much effort, but in full contact with nature.
Along the trail we can contemplate unique rock formations, carved by time, such as Stone Bridge and Pedra do Equilíbrio, < /strong>which brings us a little reflection on how time passes in a different way for planet earth.
In the middle of the journey, we pass by the famous Gruta da Lagoa Azul. Despite the crystalline waters, diving is prohibited, maintaining the preservation of the place.
The stop for lunch takes place at the farm’s headquarters, with delicious regional food. The tour ends with a bath in Cachoeira do Relógio to wash your soul!
The Circuito de Caves trail has an average of 8km, access to the beginning of it is done by internal transport, with the option of walking less, only 4km serving a greater diversity of audiences.

As the circuit is 8 km round trip, it is necessary to follow some recommendations:
- Wear a cap or hat and sunscreen;
- Wear suitable socks and shoes for hiking (resistant and comfortable);
- It is advisable to bring water, repellent, snack, packaging to store your garbage, bathing suit;
- Take water, fruit or other light food to endure the journey.
